Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and process data from various sources to support business analysis and reporting activities.
- Apply statistical techniques to analyze data and identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to enable data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide actionable insights.
- Assist in developing and implementing data collection systems and strategies to enhance statistical efficiency and data quality.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses to identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Python, or R.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools, including Power BI or Tableau.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Knowledge of machine learning techniques is an advantage.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across departments.
