Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with reviewing and analyzing client requirements or problems under direct supervision, and support the development of client solutions.
- Contribute to the creation of detailed documentation and specifications.
- Perform quantitative or qualitative analyses under close supervision to help identify client issues and support the development of client-specific solutions.
- Assist in designing and structuring presentations tailored to the characteristics and needs of the target audience.
- Proactively develop foundational knowledge of consulting methodologies and the life sciences market through project delivery and participation in formal and informal learning opportunities.
- Carry out engagement-based responsibilities as assigned, with close guidance and oversight from Consultants, Senior Consultants, Engagement Managers, or Principals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–3 years of related professional experience required.
- Ability to work willingly and effectively with others across the organization to achieve team goals.
- Understanding of fundamental business processes, their interactions, and the influence of external and internal factors on decision-making, growth, and decline.
- Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques relevant to one’s functional area.
- Awareness of current events, industry developments, and major competitors.
- Understanding of the marketplace, including professional and trade associations, key individuals, and companies.
- Strong and effective time management skills.
