Key Responsibilities:
- Own and take full accountability for your work, delivering results that meet or exceed expectations.
- Build reusable, high-quality code and libraries that can be unit tested, code reviewed, and used across multiple projects.
- Participate actively in a culture of code reviews, contribute to writing technical specifications, and collaborate closely with team members (no lone wolves).
- Work with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and analytics professionals, to deliver solutions.
- Research and evaluate new technologies, adapting them to meet BrowserStack’s requirements.
- Understand and effectively use third-party libraries, and troubleshoot UI-related issues using browser tools.
- Rapidly iterate on product and platform features to drive continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 to 6 months of professional experience in developing web applications.
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Prior exposure to at least one modern JavaScript framework or library; knowledge of ReactJS is a plus.
- Good working knowledge of build tools such as Webpack, Parcel, or Gulp.
- Experience working with web infrastructure and an understanding of building scalable web applications using frameworks like Ruby on Rails or Node.js is a strong advantage.
- Good understanding of code versioning tools, particularly Git.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high willingness to learn.
- Strong skills in aggressive problem diagnosis and creative problem solving.
