Key Responsibilities:
- Apply hands-on knowledge of basic mechanical engineering principles, including engineering drawings, geometric dimensioning and tolerance (GD&T) analysis, mechanical simulation tools, and proficiency with CAD tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, and Ansys.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills, a continuous learning mindset, and proficiency in MS Office tools, including Excel for calculations, PowerPoint for presentations, and Word for documentation.
- Assist the team in preparing documentation required for regulatory and quality standard compliance.
- Support the install base engineering team by analyzing field data and failure reports, and updating relevant information in the database tool.
- Assist in structuring the Engineering Bill of Materials (EBOM), updating drawings, and executing design change activities through the Engineering Change Control Board.
- Collaborate with the engineering team in developing mechanical test fixtures, inspecting parts, and conducting mechanical testing.
- Support engineers in the lab by setting up experimental equipment, performing planned experiments, and recording test results accurately.
- Contribute to verification, validation, and root cause analysis activities, and assist in preparing corresponding reports and maintaining the Design History File (DHF).

- Holds a bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Demonstrates the capability to identify and implement best practices, even in highly ambiguous situations.

- Possesses strong oral and written communication skills.
