Key Responsibilities:
- Extract consumer and provider information by reviewing telephone calls, text messages, and other communications.
- Determine eligibility by comparing collected information against predefined requirements.
- Identify scams, phishing attempts, and sensitive customer information based on analysis of pre-recorded calls.
- Consistently meet performance targets and quality standards.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong analytical and comprehensive problem-solving abilities.
- Good understanding of website structures and proficient in online navigation to retrieve relevant information.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
