Key Responsibilities:
- Possess a strong understanding of various retirement plans and the regulations governing them.
- Demonstrate knowledge of middle-office and back-office operations, including retirement account origination, servicing, fund payouts, and fund reconciliation.
- Manage service delivery across multiple blended processes while ensuring adherence to agreed service levels.
- Implement an operational governance framework, including quality review mechanisms and communication strategies.
- Participate in daily and weekly meetings with onshore partners to provide business updates and review service level agreements (SLAs).
- Design and conduct action plans, coaching and mentoring sessions, talent development initiatives, and career development programs for team members.
- Conduct individual performance appraisal discussions on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Monitor individual and team performance on a daily basis to ensure alignment with objectives and compliance with established service levels.
- Prepare weekly and monthly dashboards and reports for performance and status tracking.
- Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Display proactive leadership qualities with the flexibility to adapt to evolving business dynamics.
- Utilize tools and technologies to improve the effectiveness and productivity of assigned processes.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with onshore partners and operational leaders to support defined goals and objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Prior experience in a related domain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with effective interpersonal abilities.
Preferred skills:
- Experience in managing teams of over 10 members.
- Demonstrated ability to strategize, influence stakeholders, communicate effectively, and execute complex initiatives.
- Proven track record of managing large teams and leading engagement initiatives that result in low attrition rates and high employee satisfaction.
- Ability to coach and mentor team members, helping them reach their full potential through effective career pathing and development planning.
- Capable of driving change and motivating teams to pursue continuous improvement.
- Self-motivated with high energy levels and the ability to perform well under strict deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
