Key Responsibilities:
- Actively participate as a member of the SCRUM team, taking ownership of QA deliverables and test artifacts, including test strategy, test scenarios, test cases, test execution results, and end-of-test reports.
- Execute various phases of testing such as unit, system, integration, regression, and functional testing to ensure software quality.
- Log, track, and manage bugs and defects using standard test management tools.
- Ensure the overall quality of project deliverables, and contribute to internal and external audit processes. Conduct formal and informal review cycles and provide testing sign-off.
- Manage the eCommerce testing environment, including test data and integrated systems test data management.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), hypercare, and business go-live testing, especially during market launches.
- Effectively manage multiple tasks simultaneously, demonstrating strong prioritization and organizational skills.
- Serve as a QA lead by guiding team members, collaborating closely with product owners and development teams to understand business requirements and deliver quality solutions.
- Act as a reliable team player, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ensure that Agile user stories are well-defined with appropriate acceptance criteria and regression testing requirements before being added to the product backlog.
