Key Responsibilities:
- Learn and utilize relevant tools, technologies, and EY databases to perform validations that support compliance monitoring activities.
- Conduct compliance monitoring by performing research using both systematic and intuitive secondary research tools.
- Analyze research findings, draw meaningful inferences, and conclude reviews based on specific research requirements.
- Ensure timely communication of review outcomes to the PPEDs upon completion of the research and review process.
- Apply analytical and project management methodologies and tools to effectively deliver on key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Complete all assigned projects in adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and within stipulated deadlines.
- Proactively identify and implement process improvements as experience and familiarity with the process grow.
- Actively participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.
- Support and deliver on ad hoc process-related tasks as assigned periodically.
- Manage deadlines efficiently and maintain quality standards to prevent client escalations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A postgraduate or equivalent degree from a reputed institution.
- 1–2 years of professional experience in the following areas:
- Research or compliance-related processes
- Data analysis and report generation
- Strong logical reasoning and analytical thinking skills.
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced, client-oriented environment.

- Ability to identify issues and analyze scenarios in alignment with policy requirements.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to present information in a succinct, structured, and clear manner.
- Good interpersonal skills combined with sound decision-making capabilities.
Preferred Skills:
- Understanding of different risk management attributes.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to independently solve problems using data-driven approaches.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Microsoft 365, Excel, and PowerPoint.
