Key Responsibilities:
Digital Technologies:
- Develop and deliver custom-built, end-to-end digital solutions that are cloud-native and open-source.
- Work across experience design, UI development, design thinking, architecture, and full-stack development (e.g., .NET, Java, SharePoint, Power Platform).
- Utilize emerging technologies such as Blockchain, IoT, AR/VR, drones, and DevSecOps.
- Leverage agile methodologies and industrialized techniques using globally distributed teams to optimize delivery and cost efficiency.
Testing Services:
- Provide a comprehensive suite of testing services including functional, technical, and process-based testing.
- Conduct business/user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and robustness of software products.
- Drive quality assurance by identifying and resolving software vulnerabilities and inconsistencies.
Data & Analytics:
- Offer end-to-end data and analytics solutions leveraging domain and sector expertise.
- Apply technical capabilities in data management, cloud platforms, advanced analytics, and artificial intelligence.
- Utilize skills in Information Management (IM), Business Intelligence (BI), Advanced Analytics (AA), and AI to derive actionable insights for clients.
Oracle Services:
- Implement end-to-end solutions using Oracle and IBM technologies for large-scale risk and finance transformation projects.
- Develop solutions with languages such as SQL, PL/SQL, Java, JavaScript, and Python, and tools like IBM Maximo and Oracle Utilities.
- Provide consulting to streamline reporting processes using Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) tools.
SAP Services:
- Support clients in digital transformation initiatives leveraging SAP’s S/4HANA digital core and cloud services.
- Deliver end-to-end SAP solution implementation services from strategic planning to production deployment.
- Focus on areas like finance, HR, supply chain, procurement, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) technologies.
Banking and Capital Market Services:
- Assist financial institutions in transforming tax and finance functions using technologies such as AI and ML.
- Support digital modernization initiatives including core banking platform upgrades, deposit system replacements, and cloud-native architectures.
- Enable finance personnel to enhance capabilities in data, process, and technology.
Wealth and Asset Management:
- Provide strategic and technological services to global and domestic asset management firms to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Lead technology-enabled transformation initiatives across front and back offices using AI, ML, Blockchain, and other emerging technologies.
- Implement operational efficiency programs tailored to client objectives.
Insurance Transformation:
- Help insurance companies navigate macroeconomic challenges through technology-driven transformation strategies.
- Implement digital solutions for global P&C, life and health insurers, reinsurers, and brokers using IoT, Blockchain, and more.
- Deliver end-to-end services that enable innovation and business modernization.
Cybersecurity:
- Assess and manage cybersecurity and privacy risks for organizations in a rapidly evolving threat landscape.
- Assist clients in quantifying cyber risk, prioritizing security investments, and embedding security and resilience into digital initiatives from inception.
- Support boards and senior management in maintaining robust cybersecurity postures.
Technology Risk:
- Provide integrated IT risk and assurance services with a focus on industry-specific business needs.
- Build and maintain internal and external stakeholder relationships.
- Identify and escalate business opportunities and potential risks in client engagements.
- Contribute technically to engagements and help manage project delivery and quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree (BE/B.Tech) in IT, Computer Science, or Circuit branches.
- Minimum academic performance of 60% or above throughout education.
- No active backlogs at the time of application.
