Key Responsibilities:
- Provide support to the US Talent Development Learning operations for offshore clients, focusing on planning and delivering training programs.
- Serve as an advisor and consultant to clients, ensuring their training needs are understood and met effectively.
- Perform administrative tasks including system management and accurate data entry.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with stakeholders and team leads.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner with accuracy and completeness.
- Conduct quality checks on all deliverables before submission to clients to maintain high standards.
- Demonstrate ownership and accountability for assigned processes and tasks.
- Manage time efficiently by prioritizing tasks and making effective use of working hours.
- Actively contribute to firm and team initiatives beyond assigned responsibilities.
- Collaborate continuously with team members to achieve shared business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate, Post-Graduate, or MBA in any discipline.
- 0 to 1.5 years of relevant experience in a learning operations or backend operations environment.
Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of professional email etiquette.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions such as sorting, filtering, and removing duplicates.
- Strong team collaboration skills and ability to work effectively with others.
- Capable of managing time efficiently and prioritizing tasks appropriately.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations.
- Familiarity with virtual platforms such as Zoom, Saba Meeting/Centra, and Microsoft Teams.
- Experience in handling service requests, cases, or tickets.
- Ability to effectively engage with internal clients and understand their requirements.
