Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze financial data to identify key drivers and provide actionable recommendations to stakeholders.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis for specific functions or business units, addressing financial issues and supporting critical business initiatives with data-driven insights.
- Provide input for monthly expense and capital reviews, contributing to the budgeting and forecasting processes, and analyzing variances using operational analytics.
- Interpret financial reports, including forecasts, budgets, income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, to support decision-making.
- Develop a thorough understanding of the organization’s financial processes and gain proficiency in the company’s operations and business model.
- Support financial close processes by analyzing variances and trends, and develop forecasts aligned with organizational goals.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, reporting standards, and maintain the integrity of both internal and external financial reporting.
- Apply foundational financial principles and contribute to projects by conducting research, performing data analysis, and regularly communicating progress and challenges.
- Assist with high-priority projects under guidance, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and sharing insights through standardized reporting formats.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A four-year degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline; equivalent work experience or demonstrated competence may also be considered.
- Typically possesses 0–2 years of professional experience, preferably in financial management, internal audit, accounting, or a related field.
Preferred Certifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification is preferred.
- Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) certification is an added advantage.
