Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize advanced analytics to develop business solutions that enhance the understanding of customers, processes, channels, and products.
- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to define detailed business questions, challenges, or opportunities that can be addressed through data-driven insights.
- Ensure that both new and existing business processes are designed to be efficient, streamlined, and automated wherever possible.
- Work in an Agile environment within cross-functional data and analytics teams, coordinating resources across the business to deliver on project and scrum objectives.
- Deliver data and analytics solutions that provide commercial and customer value while addressing key business challenges.
- Effectively communicate data and analytics opportunities in a clear, engaging manner to help stakeholders understand and choose the best approach for their needs.
- Leverage emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to perform advanced analytics tasks and improve analytical capabilities.
- Share relevant updates with key stakeholders by translating complex data, analytics, and engineering work into easily understandable insights aligned with business goals.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated passion for data and analytics, along with a solid understanding of data architecture, key tools, and relevant programming languages.
- Proficient in advanced analytics with the ability to simplify complex data into clear visualizations and actionable insights using appropriate systems and tools.
- Strong understanding of financial services and the ability to identify broader business impacts, risks, and opportunities by making connections across key outputs and processes.
- Sound knowledge of data management principles and best practices.
- Proven experience in translating complex data and analytical insights into meaningful information for key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data engineering, data science, and decisioning disciplines.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively engage and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Prior experience working with the C&I (Commercial & Institutional) Business is preferred.
