Key Responsibilities:
- Apply design thinking and a consultative approach to develop cutting-edge technology solutions for business challenges, leveraging insights as a service model.
- Engage in project activities across the information lifecycle, including building and managing business data lakes, ingesting data streams, preparing data, developing machine learning and predictive models, visualizing data, and enabling self-service BI through agile data models.
- Specialize in business models and data architectures across various industry verticals.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to define business requirements, functional specifications, scope, data analysis, and solution design.
- Document detailed business requirements and develop comprehensive solution designs and technical specifications.
- Support and coordinate system implementations throughout the project lifecycle by working with cross-functional teams at local and global levels.
- Work closely with the solutions architecture team to define the target solution that meets business requirements.
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E./B.Tech. combined with an MBA in Systems, Data, Data Science, Analytics, or Finance, with a strong academic background.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, relationship-building, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Strong storytelling ability with the capability to derive and present meaningful insights from data.
- Possess strong soft skills including effective communication, proactiveness, and self-learning abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to the dynamic and evolving needs of the industry.
- Solid understanding and exposure to database management systems.
- Basic knowledge of the big data ecosystem, including technologies such as Hadoop, is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in SQL and a good understanding of NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of programming languages such as R or Python is desirable.
- Exposure to or familiarity with at least one cloud ecosystem such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Microsoft Azure.
