Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with the DevOps team and DevOps Manager to ensure system integrity through testing and validation.
- Design and implement solutions for build automation, deployment pipelines, and configuration management processes.
- Conduct rigorous testing of implemented designs to ensure functionality and performance.
- Develop and maintain automation tools for infrastructure provisioning and deployment workflows.
- Manage and execute code deployments across all environments in a controlled and efficient manner.
- Monitor system metrics and performance, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide technical guidance and training to team members and other stakeholders on DevOps practices.
- Contribute to brainstorming sessions to identify innovative solutions and enhancements to the development lifecycle.
- Collaborate with peers to gather feedback during the testing and review phases.
- Build, enforce, and monitor configuration standards to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Oversee daily project management and administrative tasks to support operational efficiency.
- Manage Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Deployment (CD) tools in collaboration with the team.
- Document new processes and update existing procedures to maintain operational clarity and knowledge sharing.
- Drive improvements in infrastructure and application development through automation and optimization.
- Adhere strictly to organizational best practices, policies, and established procedures.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 0 – 6 months of prior experience in development, operations, or related fields such as IT, computer science, or systems operations.
- Basic understanding of containerization and DevOps tools, including Docker, GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Helm Charts, and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Familiarity with software development and infrastructure development practices, particularly within DevOps environments.
- Hands-on experience working with Linux-based infrastructures and relational databases such as MS SQL, DB2, or Oracle.
- Exposure to CI/CD tools and scripting languages such as Ansible, PHP, Python, and Gradle.
- Understanding of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe frameworks.
- Experience or foundational knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS).
