Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage dashboards to support recruitment and HR reporting.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate interview logistics as part of daily HR intern responsibilities.
- Assist in understanding and supporting various recruitment activities.
- Schedule interviews across different levels and coordinate with both candidates and hiring managers.
- Communicate with stakeholders before and after interviews to ensure smooth progress and feedback.
- Gather candidate information for reporting purposes and update recruiters accordingly.
- Maintain involvement throughout all stages of the recruitment process, ensuring timely follow-ups with recruiters.
- Rotate through various responsibilities within the recruitment team and provide support in all recruitment-related activities.
- Learn and gain proficiency in using internal HR and recruitment software.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in MS Office or G Suite, strong communication skills, attention to detail, and effective scheduling abilities.
- Demonstrated interest in recruitment and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Willingness and availability to work from Airbus premises is mandatory.
