Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on software requirements and design documentation.
- Execute test cases and accurately document test results, ensuring adherence to defined quality standards and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand project requirements and contribute to overall quality improvement.
- Perform performance, scalability, and security testing to ensure software meets stability, efficiency, and compliance expectations.
- Continuously refine testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness.
- Stay up to date with emerging industry trends, tools, and technologies related to software quality assurance.
- Possess basic programming knowledge in at least one preferred language such as Java, C++, or Python to support automation and testing tasks.

- Proactively focus on learning and adapting to modern technologies to improve testing skills and stay competitive in the industry.
- Design usability testing scenarios and perform both manual and automated tests to validate software functionality.
- Identify, document, and report bugs; assess and debug software code to ensure high product quality.
- Analyze technical documentation to ensure complete and accurate test coverage.
- Clearly present test findings, issues, and recommendations to software development teams to support timely issue resolution and product enhancement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Educational qualification should be B.E./B.Tech in Computer Science, BCA/MCA, or M.E./M.Tech.
- Candidates must have graduated in the year 2022, 2023, or 2024 (graduates from 2025 are not eligible).
- Only male candidates are eligible to apply.
- Candidates must be based in Noida or Delhi.
- Seeking trained freshers with a focus on manual testing only.
