Key Responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality, clean, scalable, and reusable code by adhering to software engineering best practices, including code reviews and unit testing.
- Collaborate with product owners to understand detailed requirements and take ownership of the code through the entire development lifecycle—design, implementation, test automation, and delivery.
- Design user-friendly software that enables customers to easily extend and customize functionality according to their specific requirements.
- Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features, while continuously enhancing the existing product suite.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving, including the use of AI-powered tools, workflow automation, analysis of AI-driven insights, or evaluating AI’s impact on business functions or industry trends.
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in Java or a similar object-oriented programming language.
- Strong passion for JavaScript and the web as a development platform, with a focus on reusability and component-based architecture.
- Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, object-oriented design principles, design patterns, and considerations for performance and scalability.
- Practical experience working with modern UI frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
- Strong analytical thinking and software design skills.
- Proficient in using development tools including IDEs, debuggers, build tools, source control systems, ServiceNow instances, performance profilers, and Unix/system administration tools.
