Key Responsibilities:
- Extract and ingest data in accordance with predefined guidelines, ensuring adherence to accuracy and quality standards.
- Consistently meet all assigned SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound).
- Proactively suggest new methodologies or process improvements that can add value to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate effectively with team members and adhere to industry and organizational best practices.
- Conduct thorough research before escalating issues or reaching out to the support team.
- Actively contribute to team projects and initiatives, delivering meaningful value to client engagements.
- Recommend and share ideas for process automation or simplification to enhance efficiency.
- Perform audits on bad or inaccurate data and carry out necessary clean-up activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Commerce graduate or postgraduate with a strong foundation in accounting and financial principles.
- Proficient in English communication—both written and verbal—with strong computer literacy.
- Well-versed in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Capable of multitasking and working collaboratively within a team environment while managing a flexible schedule to meet tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates an inquisitive mindset, investigative approach, positive attitude, and keen attention to detail.
- Possesses strong research skills, writing flair, and the ability to analyze and interpret quantitative data effectively.
- Comfortable interacting with individuals across various levels and resolving issues in a professional and mature manner.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, with adaptability across global time zones.
- Familiarity with SQL and Power BI is an added advantage.
