Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop analytical applications using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) with a strong emphasis on KPIs and analytical models.
- Create dashboards and KPI applications for both import and live data scenarios using SAC.
- Leverage predictive analytics, R-Visualizations, and libraries to enhance data visualization and insights.
- Optimize dashboard performance and identify opportunities for application improvements.
- Develop Business Objects Universes, reports, and dashboards, ensuring thorough and accurate documentation.
- Integrate and work with both SAP and non-SAP reporting solutions to deliver seamless reporting experiences.
- Design complex reports incorporating multiple tabs, queries, charts, and drill-down features.
- Apply data visualization best practices to improve the overall user experience and readability.
- Collaborate on SAP BW components, including BEx queries, structures, user exits, and Broadcasting features.
- Demonstrate proficiency in data integration, connectivity options, and data modeling within SAC.
- Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address system issues and enhance performance.
- Provide technical leadership to the team through coaching, mentoring, and knowledge sharing.
- Maintain high software quality standards by defining and implementing QA best practices.
- Apply agile methodologies and scrum practices throughout the project lifecycle.
- Customize SAC applications using scripting languages such as JavaScript to extend functionality.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to contribute to solution design and implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Demonstrated experience in designing and building SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) planning and forecasting solutions, including forecast adjustments and integration with upstream processes, reports, and dashboards to support critical business KPIs.
- Strong expertise in SAC predictive capabilities and augmented analytics, including features like Smart Assist, Smart Predict, Smart Discovery, story canvas creation, advanced story design, data blending, formula writing, cross calculations, input controls, and linked analysis.
- Proven experience integrating SAC with both SAP and non-SAP systems for seamless data access and reporting.
- Familiarity with data integration tools and techniques, including establishing connections with SAP BW, SAP HANA, and various third-party databases.
- Solid understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes to ensure accurate and reliable data flows.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript for data manipulation, automation, and custom development tasks within SAC.
- Hands-on experience with SAC scripting for building custom widgets and applications to enhance user experience and functionality.
Certifications:
- Holding or actively pursuing relevant SAP certifications such as SAP Certified Application Associate – SAP Analytics Cloud to validate skills and enhance professional credibility.
