Eligibility Criteria:
- Support the dealer sales team with day-to-day sales activities and field operations.
- Assist in monthly sales forecasting and monitor sales lead tracking processes.
- Acquire in-depth knowledge of Volvo and SDLG construction equipment product lines.
- Participate in customer meetings and site visits alongside senior sales personnel to gain practical experience.
- Learn how to build and maintain customer relationships and respond to basic customer inquiries.
- Gather basic market intelligence, including competitor analysis and understanding customer needs.
- Support the execution of local marketing campaigns and promotional events.
- Collaborate with the product support team to develop a clear understanding of aftermarket services.
- Document observations and insights from field visits for training and reporting purposes.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Automobile) or in Business Management with a focus on Marketing or Sales.
- Must meet eligibility criteria under the NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) or an equivalent apprenticeship program.
Skills & Competencies Required:
- Strong willingness to learn new concepts and adapt to dynamic environments.
- Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Positive attitude with a strong customer-focused approach.
- Readiness to travel and work in field-based roles as needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively as a team player, with a proactive and self-initiated approach.
