Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to the company’s Business Code of Conduct, consistently demonstrating integrity and due diligence.
- Identify opportunities for operational improvements and implement solutions using Continuous Improvement (CI) tools and methodologies.
- Complete assigned tasks and transactions within the agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Provide support for HR shared services activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery within the defined Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Apply fundamental work theories, concepts, and processes effectively in relevant areas of responsibility.
- Manage regular reporting activities and address queries in a timely and efficient manner.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal teams and external stakeholders across People Operations.
- Respond to all queries promptly and accurately, ensuring a high level of customer service is consistently delivered.
