Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize data research capabilities to translate business problems and data requirements into low-complexity analyses and actionable recommendations.
  • Develop standard and customized reports, as well as ad hoc analyses, to support data-driven decision-making.
  • Provide regular updates to project logs, assist in monthly budget forecasting, and contribute to monthly newsletters or operational review reports.
  • Participate in various projects by supporting system support teams with design, programming, research, testing, and implementation activities.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to production or data issuance processes.
  • Support the development and implementation of departmental and divisional procedures, policies, and controls to ensure process accuracy, efficiency, and minimize errors in production and issuance.
  • Conduct data and business research projects, including secondary research testing and result-oriented analysis.
  • Work under the guidance of a supervisor while exercising independent judgment and collaborating with technology teams and other business units.
  • Collaborate with consultants and program managers on diverse project tasks, including project design, data collection and analysis, report development, and presentation creation.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum of 6 months of experience in analytics, or equivalent experience demonstrated through work, training, military service, or education.

Preferred Skills:

  • 0 to 6 months of hands-on experience in analytics using tools such as Python, SQL, automation platforms, and data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong foundational knowledge of machine learning techniques, including Natural Language Processing (NLP), Optical Character Recognition (OCR), forecasting methods, classification models, and statistical analysis.
  • Effective business consulting skills with the ability to understand and address business needs through data-driven insights.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
