Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Finance Operations team to determine financial outcomes by collecting operational data and reports, conducting analysis, and reconciling transactions.
- Contribute to optimizing working capital, enhancing real-time visibility, and managing end-to-end revenue and cash flow processes.
- Support the streamlining of billing operations, covering the entire cycle from customer inquiry and sales order to delivery and invoicing.
- Assist the Cash Application Processing team in resolving queries related to cash applications and coordinating with customers.
- Apply payments accurately by processing unapplied cash, reconciling suspense accounts, and finalizing transactions from payment receipt to closure.
- Receive and deposit customer payments, apply cash remittances, credits, and adjustments as needed.
- Maintain bad debt reserves and allowances while ensuring accurate preparation of Accounts Receivable (AR) reports.
- Post and reconcile AR activity to the general ledger in a timely and accurate manner.
- Solve routine problems by referring to established guidelines and precedents.
- Work primarily within your team, under close supervision and with detailed task instructions.
- Operate as an individual contributor within a narrowly defined scope of work.
- Be prepared to work in rotational shifts as required by the role.
