Key Responsibilities:
- Define the Planning & Data Intelligence data architecture strategy and roadmap.
- Analyze the existing reporting structure within GCCM and implement standardization and automation through self-service functionalities on Tableau Server.
- Collaborate with business partners to develop new reports within Tableau that are not currently available.
- Apply strong analytical skills and an innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical challenges, demonstrating a strong drive for success.
- Utilize expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistics, data mining, and research methods to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including GCCM, MIS, and other GOCM departments, to align reporting and analytics needs.
- Develop and manage key performance indicators (KPIs) to enhance business efficiency while promoting self-service capabilities for internal teams.
- Provide on-demand reporting and insights to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making.
- Lead the development of new dashboards, including testing, data validation, documentation, and training to drive adoption and usability.
- Conduct research on GCCM and Amex to identify innovative approaches and new opportunities.
- Continuously enhance the reporting and analytics ecosystem by providing proactive feedback and recommendations.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Expertise in VBA, SQL, Cornerstone, Hive, and Python.
- Knowledge of workforce management KPIs and experience in report building using Tableau is an added advantage.
- Hands-on experience with statistical analysis and data manipulation tools such as SAS, SQL, and Big Data analytics techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to derive insights from complex datasets.
- In-depth understanding of call center management principles and call delivery strategies.
- Proven ability to conduct deep-dive analyses of key performance indicators and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong attention to detail with an analytical and data-driven mindset.
- A balanced mix of technical expertise and business acumen, with a track record of driving innovation and improving business metrics while maintaining a customer-first approach.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and limited resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and influence stakeholders across different organizational levels.
