Key Responsibilities:
- Data Collection: Gather and compile data from multiple sources.
- Data Cleaning: Identify and correct errors to ensure data quality.
- Data Analysis: Utilize statistical methods to analyze data and extract insights.
- Reporting: Develop visualizations and reports to present findings effectively.
- Support: Assist senior analysts in ongoing projects and tasks.
- Research: Conduct research to identify trends, patterns, and business insights.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of methodologies, findings, and results.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand and fulfill data requirements.

Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a degree in B.Tech, B.S., Business Administration, or Post-Graduation in Statistics, B. Pharma, or M. Pharma.
- Possess strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail.
- Exhibit exceptional analytical skills for problem-solving and decision-making.
- Have experience in service, project, or program management.
- Apply strong analytical, conceptual, and process-thinking skills to build consensus and drive action.
- Ability to work effectively in a large, multi-cultural, and complex global matrix environment.
- Display excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Possess strong communication and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Be a fast learner with a proactive approach to tasks and challenges.
- Demonstrate fluency in English.
- Have a solid understanding of database concepts.
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Technical skills in Power BI (PBI), SQL, and Python.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with healthcare (pharma) industry terminologies.
- Prior experience in pharmaceutical analytics, consulting, or KPO is preferred.
