Key Responsibilities:
- Serves as a liaison between business challenges and technology solutions.
- Analyzes, transforms, and resolves business problems using technology-driven approaches.
- Collaborates with internal clients to determine business requirements and define solutions for business, process, information, and system-related challenges, improvements, or changes.
- Ensures the successful delivery of business projects in alignment with sponsor requirements and enterprise architecture.
- Proactively develops and implements enhanced services and platforms, covering all functional aspects from service/product definition to deployment.
- Identifies and documents operational gaps, including user guides, templates, test cases, and related user training materials.
- Assists in resolving issues related to the service.
- Adheres to relevant development and support processes.
- Communicates and escalates issues or delivery challenges while requesting assistance to ensure timely resolution.
- Takes ownership of project deliverables with minimal supervision.
- Performs additional related tasks as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Relevant technology certifications such as Python, SQL, and Databricks.
Knowledge and Attributes:
- Strong understanding of business practices and processes.
- Excellent team player with a client service-oriented approach, coupled with well-developed administrative and organizational skills.
- In-depth expertise in specific systems, processes, and technologies relevant to business analysis.
- High attention to detail, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping technologies.
- Strong ability to build rapport and engage effectively with various stakeholders.
- Solid knowledge of project management methodologies.
- Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into functional deliverables to achieve business objectives.
- Strong documentation skills, including creating functional requirements, test cases, system user documentation, process guidelines, and presentations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Exchange, Word, Excel, Project, PowerPoint, and Visio.
- Familiarity with commonly used enterprise systems such as ServiceNow, Siebel, Remedy, SAP, and EMS is advantageous.
Required Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Data Analyst in a technology services environment.
- Experience as a system administrator or developer is a plus.
- Comprehensive experience in all operational aspects of a services business, preferably within a Systems Integrator.
- Strong experience in business requirements gathering, use case definition, process mapping, and implementing new services and systems.
