Key Responsibilities:
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of all phases of the software development lifecycle.
- Develop, test, and document software applications.
- Execute and troubleshoot existing code to identify and resolve errors.
- Deliver high-quality software products that meet established standards and end-user requirements.
- Write test cases covering functional, integration, performance, and usability testing aspects of the software.
- Enhance documentation of processes and systems for improved clarity and maintenance.
- Familiarize with agile methodologies and actively participate in all Scrum ceremonies.
- Work on a hybrid schedule: 3 days remote / 2 days in-office.
- A 30-day notice period is preferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Engineering).
- Strong understanding of core software development concepts, including data structures, object-oriented programming, n-tier architectures, and unit testing.
- Ability to write unit tests and debug code effectively.
- Proficient in following Agile workflows and utilizing team development tools such as issue tracking and source control.
- Familiarity with Atom architecture principles, ensuring scalability, flexibility, stability, and simplicity.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of front-end and/or back-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, Angular, React, Node.js, .NET, Java, Salesforce Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, JavaScript, Shell scripting, and Python.
- Basic understanding of fundamental software development principles, including modularization and object-oriented design.
