Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and report the RC AI & Analytics scorecard along with key performance indicators accurately and within the required timelines.
- Promote a data-driven decision-making culture by aligning short-term decisions and investments with long-term organizational goals.
- Support the business in managing regulatory risk effectively, efficiently, and commercially through the adoption of data science, including AI, ML, and advanced analytics.
- Facilitate communication and engagement with stakeholders and partners to enhance understanding and adoption of data science products and services while identifying research opportunities.
- Collaborate with analytics teams across the bank to share insights and best practices.
- Encourage a collaborative, open, and agile work culture.
- Drive positive organizational change by securing active support and commitment from stakeholders.
- Clearly communicate complex analytical solutions to the broader department, ensuring key findings and intelligence are effectively transferred.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong understanding of applied mathematics, statistics, data science principles, and advanced computing, including machine learning, modeling, NLP, and Generative AI.
- Experience working with the Hadoop ecosystem, along with proficiency in analytical languages such as Python and SQL. Knowledge of GCP, AWS, Azure, Spark, and graph theory is an advantage.
- Moderate understanding of data and architecture concepts, including cloud computing, ETL, ontology, and data modeling.
- Proficiency in using version control systems like Git, along with expertise in PowerPoint and advanced Excel.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience working in a matrixed management structure and managing global teams.
- Ability to contribute actively to strategy and innovation initiatives.
- Capable of working independently and solving complex business problems while keeping stakeholders informed.
- Client-focused mindset with strong relationship-building and analytical skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, including presentation abilities.
- Strong critical thinking and sound judgment with the ability to think laterally.
