Key Responsibilities:
- Translate business requirements into end-to-end technology solutions by leveraging existing applications, reporting tools, and automation technologies.
- Design and develop data analytics solutions to improve the quality, speed, and efficiency of internal audit activities.
- Collaborate with IT teams and end users to manage application support activities and ensure the reliable operation of business systems.
- Identify and implement process, tool, and workflow improvements to enhance operational efficiency and business capabilities.
- Ensure compliance with organizational technology policies and governance standards to support effective risk management and internal controls.
- Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum, to deliver technology solutions iteratively and adapt to evolving business requirements.
- Explore, evaluate, and integrate Generative AI solutions to drive innovation and enhance audit analytics capabilities.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships across audit, IT, and business teams while effectively communicating complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline.
- Proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language, such as Python.
- Ability to analyze and process large volumes of data.
- Experience with reporting and data visualization tools, including Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to deliver clear and actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technology solutions.
- Experience providing post-deployment application support.
- Hands-on experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum.
- Ability to contribute effectively within cross-functional and iterative development teams.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Ability to identify trends, patterns, and business improvement opportunities.
