Key Responsibilities:
- Cleans and prepares data by filtering, handling missing values, and ensuring the dataset is accurate and relevant for analysis.
- Explores and analyzes data using digital tools and techniques to identify patterns, relationships, and trends.
- Delivers data for multiple large-scale strategic programs and collaborates with product owners and technology teams to automate data readiness.
- Creates visual representations of data insights through charts, graphs, and dashboards for easy interpretation.
- Assesses the quality of critical data elements and works with data owners and technology partners to ensure data is fit for purpose.
- Prepares presentations to communicate insights and findings, supporting informed decision-making for project leads and stakeholders.
- Collaborates with other departments to understand their data needs and provides insights to support data-driven decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proven experience in analyzing large datasets as a data analyst.
- Ability to draw valid inferences from data and present insights to management using appropriate tools.
- Strong analytical skills to compile, structure, examine, and present large, complex datasets with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Alteryx and Tableau, with a willingness to learn additional analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and multitask to meet high-quality deliverables on time.
Preferred Skills:
- Proficiency in report writing and presenting analytical findings.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- A strong understanding of industry trends and business operations is an advantage.
