Key Responsibilities:
Outcomes:
- Collaborate with leads and senior team members to understand business objectives.
- Assist leads in creating software requirement artifacts and deliverables.
- Work with leads and seniors to identify solution options and validate them systematically.
- Develop a basic understanding of various Business Analysis (BA) tasks, including:
- Planning stakeholder engagement
- Establishing an effective approval process
- Creating and utilizing Business Analysis information
- Preparing for and conducting elicitation sessions
- Validating and communicating information with stakeholders
- Collaborating internally and externally
- Maintaining requirement traceability
- Prioritizing requirements and designs
- Evaluating change impact
- Mitigating risks during the transition to the desired future state
- Assist leads in eliciting requirements using techniques such as interviews, document analysis, and requirement workshops.
- Adhere to effective requirement practices, including change control processes defined by senior BAs.
- Learn and develop skills in creating process flow diagrams, use cases, current/future state diagrams, and functional and technical requirements.

- Follow processes established by the Lead BA and project stakeholders as per engagement requirements.
- Support the adoption of recommended tools, templates, and processes to facilitate effective decision-making and approval workflows.
BA Artifacts Maintenance:
- Assist in documenting processes and project artifacts.
- Support the management and clear communication of project artifacts to various stakeholder groups.
