Key Responsibilities:
- Participate in various stages of the software development lifecycle, including design, implementation, testing, and support.
- Develop software solutions that support clients’ hybrid-cloud and AI initiatives.
- Work with the latest technologies to ensure applications are high-performing, highly available, responsive, and maintainable.
- Analyze, validate, and propose improvements to existing failures, collaborating with architects and technical leaders.
- Engage in the entire development process, from design and coding to testing, release management, and troubleshooting.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring seamless software functionality and resolving issues efficiently.
- Lead key discussions with stakeholders to analyze the current system landscape and identify opportunities for innovation.
- Design and implement creative coding solutions to enhance system efficiency and performance.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, C++, Python, or Node.js, along with a strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) concepts.
- This is an entry-level off-campus hiring position; candidates must have completed their education and obtained their degree.
- Candidates must have completed their course in the year 2024 only.
- Educational qualifications: BE/BTech/ME/MTech/Dual Degree/MSc/MCA in Computer Science (CS), Information Technology (IT), or other related Semi-IT/circuit branches with a minimum 6.0 CGPA or 60% aggregate.
- Calculation of qualifying marks: Sum of marks obtained divided by the total maximum marks obtainable, considering all subjects, including electives and optional subjects.
Preferred Skills:
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Good analytical skills to interpret data and derive insights effectively.
