Key Responsibilities:
Talent L&D (Clients/Stakeholders from the USI Talent L&D Teams)
- Establish periodic communication with the Talent L&D team to plan and execute learning programs.
- Assist the team lead in managing Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Set clear expectations with the Talent L&D team, negotiate timelines when necessary, and communicate any potential delays.
- Assess newly introduced processes within the portfolio and develop a corresponding RACI matrix.
- Generate periodic reports on learner and program metrics, including dashboards.
- Conduct root cause analysis to identify gaps and recommend solutions.
Process
- Ensure process excellence by maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), checklists, and FAQ documents for core activities and additional tasks as required.
- Manage program delivery with full ownership and accountability of all program-related tasks and subprocesses.
- Demonstrate strong multi-tasking abilities, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines.
- Develop expertise in various learning platforms such as NextGen, SABA, etc.
Team
- Provide support to team members and team leads in executing program-related tasks while ensuring timely and accurate completion within SLA guidelines.
- Optimize working hours through effective prioritization of tasks.
- Foster team collaboration by sharing knowledge, best practices, and useful tips.
- Conduct quality checks on tasks and reports before submission to clients.
- Continuously contribute to team collaboration efforts aligned with common business objectives.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1 to 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, extract key insights, and create executive summaries.
- Proficiency in MS Office, including advanced-level MS Excel and PowerPoint.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and manage time efficiently.
- Experience collaborating with diverse internal stakeholders across all organizational levels.
- Proven ability to synthesize data, present findings, and provide recommendations to leadership.
