Key Responsibilities:
- Report to the Manager of the International Acquisition Experience Analytics team within Enterprise Digital Experimentation & Analytics (EDEA), based in Gurgaon.
- Deliver strategic analytics to optimize digital acquisition experiences across international markets, including Shop, Apply, and GO2 platforms.
- Define and develop key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and enhance the acquisition journey’s performance and success.
- Support the development and enhancement of new products and capabilities.
- Conduct experiment readouts, extracting insights and learnings to optimize the customer journey.
- Develop a deep understanding of enterprise-wide product capabilities and platforms, ensuring analytical insights are relevant and actionable.
- Perform in-depth strategic analysis by mining digital activity data and integrating it with AXP closed-loop data to provide analytical and decision support.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Advanced degree in a quantitative field such as Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
- Strong programming skills, with experience in Big Data programming languages such as Hive and Spark, as well as Python and SQL.
- Experience in processing and handling large datasets, with a foundational understanding of data science as an added advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, cross-functional environment with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive alignment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills to solve complex, unstructured business problems and present key insights to senior leaders and stakeholders concisely.
- Basic knowledge of statistical techniques, including experimentation and hypothesis testing, regression analysis, t-tests, and chi-square tests.
