Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Senior Payroll Analyst in processing India payroll.
- Generate and review pre-payroll reports, including master record changes, monthly bonus files, and time-off reports in Workday.
- Maintain payroll folders and manage the payroll email inbox.
- Process end-to-end payroll for assigned EMEA countries.
- Consolidate raw payroll data into relevant Flexi-Forms for accurate processing.
- Assist in gathering data for audit requests as required.
Eligibility Criteria:
- High school diploma or equivalent, with on-the-job training.
- Proficiency in data collection and entry.
- Basic computer knowledge and technical proficiency.
- Strong mathematical skills with the ability to perform payroll calculations accurately.
- Effective organizational and time management skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems efficiently.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in payroll processing.
- Experience with Microsoft Excel is preferred.
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in India payroll.
