Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in processing client submissions for reinsurance contracts.
- Handle reinsurance accounts, including premiums, claims, and brokerage, while ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Accurately capture claim information by reviewing claim advice and verifying contract documents and conditions.
- Ensure financial transactions and payments adhere to established processes, guidelines, quality management frameworks, and key controls.
- Oversee the timely collection of funds (Accounts Receivable) and track financial records for the team.
- Conduct timely follow-ups and escalate unresolved issues to management or senior leadership as needed.
- Manage assigned tasks efficiently to meet agreed service and business standards.
- Coordinate with internal business partners to resolve long-standing operational issues.
- Perform other ad-hoc administrative tasks as required, based on business needs.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Insurance, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.
