Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct in-depth research and analysis on market trends, competition, customer behavior, and Revolut’s positioning to generate key insights that inform product roadmaps.
- Identify new product opportunities and features to support Revolut’s continued hyper-growth.
- Enhance and automate existing business intelligence processes across the organization for improved efficiency and decision-making.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Expected to graduate in 2024 or 2025 with at least a 2:1 degree from a top university.
- Minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 2.1 (UK), or 8/10 in other countries.
- Degree in STEM or a quantitative-focused non-STEM field such as finance, economics, or business.
- At least 6 months of work experience (including internships) in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, investment bank, or high-growth tech company (preferably fintech).
- Availability to work full-time for 6 months, with the potential for a full-time role at Revolut upon successful internship completion.
- Legal authorization to work in the preferred country (visa sponsorship not provided).
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex issues into smaller, manageable parts.
- A data-driven mindset with a natural curiosity and eagerness to create an impact.
- Interest in the financial industry.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, and/or R.
