Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Experience in retail finance or credit card finance within a banking environment is a plus.
- Conduct detailed quantitative analysis and develop analytical frameworks to forecast key account performance and profitability drivers.
- Improve forecasting methodologies to enhance financial accuracy.
- Create, maintain, and refine multi-year financial models to assess the impact of strategic decisions on the P&L.
- Collaborate with leadership to set ambitious yet achievable financial targets aligned with long-term business goals.
- Provide insightful financial analysis and coordinate business financial planning and budget management.
- Work closely with finance, marketing, technology, and business teams to drive financial efficiency.
- Present financial results and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in an analytical and financial role, preferably with exposure to banking products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong financial modeling expertise.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with data extraction and analysis tools such as SAS, SQL, R, or Python.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of Tableau and Alteryx is an added advantage.
- Experience in discounted cash flow (DCF) valuation is a plus.
- CFA, CMA, CA, or MBA (Finance) is preferred.
