Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the PDP Product Owner to define the global roadmap and strategy for implementing a global payments data platform.
- Lead requirements elicitation, manage business requirements, and oversee the functional scoping of PDP implementation as directed by management.
- Act as the primary liaison between all program stakeholders across business and operations to facilitate the PDP change process.
- Ensure alignment with the global payments data strategy while implementing local changes only when necessary due to business, regulatory, or compliance requirements.
- Maintain full traceability of requirements and mentor less experienced Business Analysts by leading through example.
- Conduct regular quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks on business requirements to ensure continuous review and refinement.
- Work closely with internal teams and participate in governance processes.
- Organize and lead meetings with global, regional, and local stakeholders, including Business, Service Delivery, and Software Delivery teams, to review user requirements and determine the optimal approach for functional changes.
- Enforce strict change control standards for requirements documentation to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Drive consensus and lead discussions across global and local Business, Service Delivery, and Software Delivery teams to develop cost-effective solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Extensive knowledge of payments, gained through experience in High/Low Value, Real-Time, and ISO payments environments, preferably in a multi-regional role.
- Strong expertise in data and payments, with a deep understanding of data’s potential to solve business challenges.
- Experience in post-payment processing functions, including notifications and advising, transaction monitoring, data provisioning, payment inquiries, and investigations.
- In-depth understanding of various MT and MX message types and their processing.
- Solid knowledge of SWIFT, SWIFTgpi, and other major local clearing and settlement schemes.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms, particularly Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Proficiency in reporting and analytics tools such as Looker and Qlik Sense.
- Strong documentation skills, with the ability to create artifacts such as user stories, process workflows, and data mapping.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and similar tools for requirements documentation.
- Ability to make well-informed decisions and drive solutions in collaboration with IT and vendor teams.
- Experience in creating and maintaining functional program roadmaps.
