Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and ensure quality: Design, code, conduct automated testing, and perform quality assurance to deliver complex product features within a development team.
- Understand SAP service delivery: Acquire in-depth knowledge of how services like MaxAttention, Enterprise Support, and Preferred Success are delivered to clients.
- Analyze and resolve software issues: Address complex problems and optimize performance in existing and new codebases.
- Apply Agile and DevOps principles: Utilize Agile Software Engineering and DevOps methodologies to drive continuous delivery and improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders: Work closely with Product Owners, Architects, Project Managers, Scrum Masters, Developers, User Assistance Developers, and DevOps professionals to streamline the development process.
- Deliver high-quality results: Demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment to achieve exceptional outcomes.
- Build future-ready products: Utilize state-of-the-art technologies to create innovative and sustainable solutions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields (e.g., BE/BTech, MCA/MTech); graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
- 1–3 years of programming experience and proficiency in languages such as Java, JavaScript, Python, or similar.
- Familiarity with modern development tools and frameworks, including Git, CI/CD pipelines, cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), Maven, and Node.js.
- Willingness to learn and adopt Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban, as well as DevOps practices.
- Basic knowledge of automated testing, quality assurance, and code review processes.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze and resolve complex technical challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and effective collaboration.
