Key Responsibilities:
- Perform data analysis, profiling, and sourcing to support business objectives.
- Develop and implement Data Quality (DQ) rules and review exceptions to ensure data integrity.
- Maintain the Global Financial Crime (GFC) Critical Data Element list within the Enterprise Data Governance repository (Collibra).
- Gain a comprehensive understanding of data definitions, domain values, data relationships, business rules, sources, and integration for GFC Risk Assessments.
- Translate business requirements into data models and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) design specifications.
- Assist in the development, testing, and troubleshooting of ETL processes to ensure efficient data workflows.
- Investigate and resolve data issues by collaborating with data providers and relevant stakeholders.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech/M.Tech).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferred skills:
- Proficient knowledge of relational databases and data modeling.
- Expertise in SQL query writing.
- Strong skills in analytical, profiling, and troubleshooting tasks.
- Hands-on experience with Big Data platforms like Hadoop.
- Proficient in Unix shell scripting and Python programming.
- Experience in data integration and data conversion processes.
- Familiarity with ETL tools for effective data processing.
- Proficient in using job scheduling tools such as Autosys.
- Experience with data visualization tools (preferably Tableau).
- Knowledge of data modeling tools (preferably Power Designer).
- Basic familiarity with Collibra for managing Critical Data Elements repositories.
