Key Responsibilities:
- Develop an understanding of network technologies to derive insights that support network design, implementation, and operation.
- Assist in designing reliable, scalable, and high-performance network features or components under the guidance of senior engineers.
- Gain knowledge of quality assurance and network/code review processes by helping identify potential risks and classes of bugs.
- Learn essential aspects of network implementation, including physical connectivity, power, protocols, telemetry, and design qualification, with support from experienced engineers.
- Collaborate with a team of engineers to manage network deployments and work with a machine-readable definition of the network infrastructure.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Optical Engineering, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Must have at least one semester or term remaining after completing the internship.
