Key Responsibilities:
- Design, build, and enhance products and services for Akamai Edge and VM-based solutions deployed within enterprise environments.
- Take ownership of technical and product innovations by implementing proof of concepts, analyzing systems, and proposing effective solutions.
- Collaborate with software engineering teams in an Agile environment, actively participating in code reviews, design processes, and product development.
- Work closely with product management teams to enhance and support new product releases.
- Coordinate deployment strategies and system changes, while participating in timeline planning and release scheduling to ensure smooth rollouts.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification, along with experience in software development.
- Proficient in coding with C on Linux platforms.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Golang and Python.
- Basic understanding of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP, HTTP, SSL, and DNS.
- Comfortable working in Linux/Unix environments.
