Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct investigations on front-end applications by capturing information, utilizing fix tools, shadowing end users, and testing workflows both internally and externally.
- Apply backend techniques such as capturing log files, querying tables, updating database fields, and cycling servers to support investigations.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams through both verbal and written communication channels.
- Document notes, activities, resolutions, and knowledge articles throughout the investigation lifecycle.
- Prioritize work based on severity, balancing client requirements with business needs.
- Collaborate within and across teams to ensure issues are directed to and resolved by the appropriate individual or team.
Eligibility Criteria:
- A minimum of six months of experience and a bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficiency in SQL or foundational knowledge of database query language.
- Willingness to work in the shift from 5:30 PM to 2:30 AM IST.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and efficiently with collaborators across different global regions.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
