Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, certify, and deploy applications or modules in accordance with functional and system requirements.
- Collaborate closely with Business Analysts, the Architecture team, and other stakeholders to understand functional and system requirements, ensure architectural integrity, and maintain product quality.
- Maintain consistent and thorough documentation throughout the development lifecycle.
- Escalate any issues that may impact project delivery to the Lead Application Developer in a timely manner.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes, procedures, and best practices.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree or possess equivalent qualifications.
- Demonstrate basic programming skills in any programming language.
- Possess a strong foundational understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP), data structures, and algorithms.
- Exhibit excellent logical reasoning skills and the ability to solve complex problems using algorithms, flowcharts, or programming.
