Key Responsibilities:
- Review, classify, and/or remove content in adherence to client guidelines, utilizing designated tools and channels.
- Stay informed and up-to-date with evolving client policies and guidelines.
- Investigate, resolve, and escalate complex content-related issues to the broader Trust and Safety team as needed.
- Advocate for the safety and well-being of the user community.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing the quality and efficiency of content moderation.
- Participate in continuous training programs and workgroup discussions to support professional development in the role.
- Engage in discussions on socially sensitive topics to ensure the safety and integrity of online communities.
- Analyze and review user profiles, audio, video, and text-based content to identify and address flagged or reported issues.
- Actively participate in Accenture’s well-being support program tailored for the Trust and Safety community, fostering resilience and coping skills.
- Maintain high standards of quality and professionalism when handling potentially objectionable or sensitive content, such as graphic, violent, sexual, or egregious material.
