Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver specific technology capabilities in alignment with project requirements.
  • Understand and analyze business requirements and needs to ensure effective solutions.
  • Support the creation of technical, functional, and process documentation, maintaining an organized and accessible library.
  • Build, test, and deliver technical solutions efficiently and effectively.
  • Assist in application design to meet functional and technical specifications.
  • Create detailed technical specifications for development purposes.
  • Develop code and perform unit testing to ensure quality and functionality.
  • Create and execute test data and test scripts to validate solution accuracy.
  • Suggest activities to support infrastructure building and optimization.
  • Adhere to established processes and tools while performing daily operational tasks.
  • Develop and validate statistical models (e.g., financial risk models) using various tools and techniques for client projects.
  • Apply analytical skills to perform both quantitative and qualitative assessments of model design, data, estimation techniques, and overall performance.

General Expectations:

  • The candidate will be registered as an Apprentice under the Apprenticeship Act through a tripartite agreement involving the professional, organization and an appropriate government agency
  • The selected candidate will be on a 1-year probation from the joining date
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
  • Ability to chart one’s career and build networks within the organization
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and raise concerns/questions where appropriate
  • Interact with the stakeholders on a regular basis through face-to-face interactions/video conferences/teleconferences/emails to understand the global client processes and business problems
  • Suggest practical solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to implement the solution
  • Possess knowledge of methodologies and understanding of process improvement initiatives
  • Interact with Deloitte global clients’ functional subject matter specialists
  • Willingness to work in shifts
  • Be quality-focused and demonstrate professionalism
  • Ability to code in any programming language and good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technology (B.Tech) or Engineering (B.E) with a specialization in Computer Science, Allied Computer Science streams, Information Technology, or other circuital branches.
  • Master’s degree in Technology (M.Tech) or Integrated Master’s in Technology (5-year iM.Tech) with a specialization in Computer Science, Allied Computer Science streams, or Information Technology.
  • Master’s degree in Computer Applications (MCA).
  • Expected year of graduation: 2025.
  • Minimum aggregate of 60% or equivalent CGPA in the current degree program with no active backlogs.
