Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor transactions and merchant activities to detect potential risks or fraudulent activities and take immediate corrective action.
- Manage transaction queries and resolve discrepancies arising from customer disputes efficiently.
- Collaborate with partner banks and the Cybercell to address chargebacks and customer disputes, ensuring timely recovery and minimizing financial losses.
- Engage with merchants and customers to understand their concerns and provide effective resolutions.
- Propose innovative process enhancements to mitigate risks and reduce monetary losses.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 1 year of experience in Transaction Monitoring, KYC, or AML processes.
- Possess knowledge of customer support applications or CRMs such as Freshdesk.
- Familiar with stages and levels of chargebacks, penalties involved at the arbitration stage, technical chargebacks, and Visa/Mastercard guidelines, including fraud-related reason codes.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor over phone and email.
- Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess excellent listening skills to understand, anticipate, and resolve queries from various stakeholders effectively.
- Display strong attention to detail and accuracy with excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, including identifying anomalies or suspicious behaviors.
