Key Responsibilities:
- Execute various data loading and transformation tasks to meet analytical and business requirements.
- Apply expertise in parsing, formatting, and transforming data into consistent units suitable for analysis.
- Implement logical and physical data models in accordance with Master Data Management (MDM) best practices.
- Integrate data from diverse sources and formats into a unified master data load.
- Demonstrate proficiency in at least one Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) tool.
- Exhibit strong oral and written communication skills for effective collaboration and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Possess a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Pig, Python, or Perl.
- Ability to translate analytics problems into specific data requirements.
- Proficient in understanding logical and physical data models, big data storage architectures, data modeling methodologies, metadata management, master data management, data lineage, and data profiling.
- Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements, bringing innovative ideas to the team.
- Demonstrated ability to use curiosity and creativity to drive meaningful business outcomes.
- Capable of asking insightful follow-up questions when presented with new data or projects and recognizing broader implications of ideas.
- Skilled in presenting new ideas and concepts while making connections between previously unrelated ideas.
- Exhibit a deep passion for learning and continuous improvement.
