Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and improve productivity while ensuring timely, quality, and cost-conscious delivery of all customer commitments.
- Develop and implement training plans to enhance workforce capability and performance.
- Support compliance efforts and Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) initiatives in alignment with plant goals.
- Facilitate and drive the implementation of Lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Adhere to the GEHC Quality Manual, Quality Management System, Quality Management Policy, Quality Goals, and all applicable laws and regulations related to this role.
- Complete all required Quality and Compliance training within defined timelines.
- Identify and report quality or compliance concerns promptly and take corrective actions as needed.
- Ensure adherence to Quality System Regulation (QSR) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (CGMP) requirements.
- Maintain full regulatory compliance and meet all legal obligations.
- Demonstrate knowledge of production process work instructions and ensure devices conform to their specifications.
- Ensure the creation of accurate, complete, and timely records, including Device History Records (DHRs).
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering.
- Qualified to Degree level in Machinal/ Electronics/Electrical engineering.
- Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Expertise in identifying and implementing best practices while effectively managing high levels of ambiguity.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectively.
